PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a table and a base comprising primary side and secondary side magnetic flux generating parts by a light weight non-magnetic material in a rotating and moving mechanism which makes the primary side magnetic flux generation part and the secondary side magnetic flux generation part face each other.SOLUTION: Coils 14a, 14b are wound around each magnet unit 13a, 13b provided with a pair of permanent magnets 12 which set a primary side magnetic flux generation part 10 in the direction of mutually different magnetic poles along a rotating and moving direction, and two respective magnet units 13a, 13b are made adjacent to each other so that the directions of the magnetic poles of the pair of permeant magnets 12 are arranged reversely to each other and coupled by a magnetic material 15. A secondary side magnetic flux generation part 20 is connected with each salient-poles 21a, 21b formed by two iron cores facing each magnet units 13a, 13b by a magnetic material 22. Thereby, the table and the base providing the primary side magnetic flux part 10 and the secondary side magnetic flux part 20 can be formed by a non-magnetic material. |
