PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of display machines to transmit display information via the Internet line for display at low costs.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of display machines 2 performs access via the Internet line 3 to a specific URL as an http client in each fixed time. A server 4 for receiving access from each display machine 2 authenticates whether or not an identification code preliminarily set for each display machine 2 for performing access from each display machine 2 to the server 4 in each fixed time is coincident with an identification code preliminarily stored in the memory of the server 4, and when the received identification code is coincident with the preliminarily stored identification code, display information preliminarily stored in the memory of the server 4 correspondingly is transmitted to the authenticated display machine 2 to the display machine 2 authenticated by identification code authentication means.
