PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change gear which can shorten a time required for a changeover action of a pre-shift step.SOLUTION: In a vehicle having a driving system which enables hybrid travel by a torque of an engine and a torque of a motor, control means for controlling the motor changes the torque of the motor so as to reduce a difference between a rotation number corresponding to a gear stage being currently engaged and a rotation number corresponding a selected gear stage when performing changeover of a pre-shift stage. For example, when changeover of the pre-shift stage is performed from a low speed side gear stage to a high speed side gear stage, a negative torque is generated in the motor in the state that the synchronous mechanism of the low speed gear stage is separated, a difference in a rotation number of a synchronous mechanism of the high speed gear stage is reduced, and thereafter, connection of the synchronous mechanisms is performed. When changeover of the pre-shift stage is performed from the high speed side gear stage to the low speed side gear stage, a torque of the motor is increased in the state that the synchronous mechanism of the high speed gear stage is separated, a difference in a rotation number of the synchronous mechanism of the low speed gear stage is reduced, and thereafter, connection of the synchronous mechanisms is performed. |
