<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption of a heater used for heating in a continuous furnace which cools a work-piece after heating the work-piece.SOLUTION: A continuous furnace includes: a heat treatment part 1 having a heating zone 11 where a work-piece W is heated by a heater 16; and a cool treatment part 2 having a cooling zone 21 where the work-piece W heated in the heating zone 11 is cooled. Further, the continuous furnace includes: a discharge duct 7 which discharges a gas in the cooling zone 21; an air supply duct 5 which communicates with the discharge duct 7 and supplies the emission gas discharged by the discharge duct 7 to the heating zone 11; and an exhaust duct 6 which exhausts the gas used for heating the work-piece W in the heating zone 11 and is partially exposed in the discharge duct 7.</p> |
