<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PON system which can accommodate a plurality of PON interfaces and make transfers addressed to plural routes possible in an uplink, and which can utilize buffer capacity and bandwidth efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: An OLT 1 comprises PON-IFs 12-1 to 12-n which are connected to ONUs 3-3-1 to 3-n-n to perform station side optical termination processing and a line concentration switch 11 which distributes station side optical termination processed data to Uplinks #1 and #2. The PON-IFs 12-1 to 12-n notify the line concentration switch 11 of a request for band assignments per uplink of addressees received from the ONUs 3-3-1 to 3-n-n. The line concentration switch 11 includes uDBAs 13-1 and 13-2 which respectively assign an uplink band transmission permitted time zone for each uplink of addressees. The PON-IFs 12-1 to 12-n respectively assign an uplink band to the ONUs 3-3-1 to 3-n-n to which they themselves are connected on the basis of the transmission permitted time zones assigned by the uDBAs 13-1 and 13-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
