PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device capable of preventing a rod from being drawn to an excessive position without requiring a special additional mechanism and without increasing manufacturing cost of a lid.SOLUTION: A step part 15a is formed in a rod 11 disposed on the side of an outer member 2a. A projection 15b inserted into the step part 15a when welding the outer member 2a and an inner member 2b is erected on the inner member 2b. In a stage before the outer member 2a and the inner member 2b are welded, a welding rib 14 for welding both has a predetermined thickness, and thereby the tip side of the projection 15b is not inserted into the step part 15a. Since the thickness of the welding rib 14 is reduced by welding, it is possible to insert the projection 15b into the step part 15a and set a stroke amount L of the rod 11. |
