<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or avoid the lowering of the working efficiency due to electrification of a synthetic resin film or the damage of a product due to discharge in a series of blanking operations of the synthetic resin film by a press machine. <P>SOLUTION: The blanking die is provided with a loop blade 132, and springing members 1331, 1332 set inside and/or outside the loop blade. The springing member is made of an elastic material.
