<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor that can improve an external appearance while being mounted on a bumper. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sensor includes: a body block 3 having an insertion part 41 being inserted in an exposure hole arranged in the bumper 1; and a mount 2, which is removably connected with the body block 3 by concave-convex engagement, and which is fixed to an inner surface of the bumper 1. The body block 3 has a spring part 55 for biasing the insertion part 41 in the direction for extracting it from the exposure hole by coming into elastic contact with the inner surface of the bumper 1. A position of the insertion part 41 is stabilized in the thickness direction of the bumper 1 in comparison with a case when the spring part 55 is not arranged, thereby preventing the degradation of the external appearance due to the projection of a portion of the body block 3 to the outside of the bumper 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
