<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker with a grill device in which, without impairing user-friendliness and cooking performance, both surfaces are simultaneously heated with the grill device built-in to achieve cooking of a cooking object of heavier thickness and moreover to achieve a heating cooker with improved cleaning easiness. <P>SOLUTION: The grill device 6 for both surface heating is provide with an upper heating element 9 and a lower heating element 10, and is provided with a cooking chamber 11 in which the upper heating element 9 and the lower heating element 10 are housed, a bottom plate 12 arranged to cover an upper part of the lower heating element 9, and a cooking-heating plate 13 to be mounted on the bottom plate 12. The bottom plate 12 is of a nearly plate state and is structured of crystallized glass having a high heat resistance and insulation, while the lower heating element 10 is structured of a grill-heating coil for performing induction heating, and moreover a driving circuit 16 for supplying a high-frequency output for performing induction heating to the grill-heating coil is structured in a body 1, and cooking is made with a cooking object 14 mounted directly on the cooking-heating plate 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
