PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine combustion device capable of curbing a NOx generation amount and maintaining flame holding performance while preventing burning of a pilot nozzle and a periphery thereof.SOLUTION: A gas turbine combustion device 12 comprises: fuel F; a flow rate regulating valve 77 which can regulate a flow rate of cooling air A to cool a nozzle tip; a detection sensor 92 which detects a combustion state of the fuel; and a control device 91 which controls the flow rate regulating valve 77 on the basis of a detection result of the detection sensor 92.
