PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail structure of a building capable of realizing stable walking assistance, while restraining impairment of an appearance of a wall.SOLUTION: A corridor 11 is provided in a building 10. The corridor 11 is partitioned from a living room 15 by a partition wall 13. An overhang part 35 overhanging to the corridor 11 side is provided in a predetermined height range in the partition wall 13. The overhang part 35 is formed so as to extend in the width direction of the partition wall 13, and a coping 49 used as a handrail is installed on its overhang part 35. A recessed part 36 opening on the corridor 11 side is formed between a lower end part of the overhang part 35 and a floor surface 25. |
