A hole 64a is formed in the first wire 61, a first connection portion 63a to which the first lead penetrates through the hole 64a and connects is provided, a hole 64b and a hole 64c are formed in the second wire 62, and a second connection portion 63b and a third connection portion 63c which the second lead and the third lead penetrate through the hole 64b and the hole 64c and connect are provided. The second connection portion 63b and the third connection portion 63c are arranged to sandwich the first connection portion 63a therebetween, and the second wire 62 has such a shape that the second connection portion 63b and the third connection portion 63c are connected to each other, and surround the first connection portion 63a.
