PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a size of a multi-function peripheral is increased when the multi-function peripheral is provided with a function for reading both surfaces of a manuscript and performing recording on both surfaces of a recording sheet on the basis of image data of both the surfaces read.SOLUTION: There is provided a multi-function peripheral comprising: an image reading section 50 having a sensor unit 51 reading a manuscript; a recording section 5 recording an image on a sheet P1 on the basis of image data read by the image reading section 50; a placing section 12 and a sheet cassette 11; and a transportation path including a reverse path of a reversing unit 30 reversing the manuscript or the sheet and causing the manuscript or the sheet to be guided and transported in a transportation direction from the placing section 12 and the sheet cassette 11. A reading position where the manuscript is read by the sensor unit 51 is provided on the transportation path. |
