PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of delaying issuance of a resume signal, a power control program and a USB device.SOLUTION: The information processor is capable of performing communication with a USB device which issues a resume signal instructing to shift from a sleep mode to an operation mode. The information processor includes: a request issuance section that, when shifting to the sleep mode, adds a piece of information of a delay time, which is the time for delaying the issuance of the resume signal, to a request instruction of a remote wake-up according to the status of the information processor and issues the same at predetermined timing; and a transmission section that transmits the issued request to the USB device. |
