PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading tool of an ultrathin slice of an electron microscope observation sample that makes the removal of water smooth, rapidly dries a grid and annular body without breaking a supporting film, and reduces the movement of the ultrathin slice.SOLUTION: An annular body 2 is formed by punching a circular hole 1 in the center of an ultrathin, flat, and circular disk, a plurality of long holes 3 are formed along the circumference of the annular body 2, and a central band 4 is disposed in one of spaces between the long holes 3. A recessed groove 5 extending from the inner edge to the outer edge is disposed under the central band 4, a thin shaft 6 is disposed on the opposite side to the groove 5, and a grip haft is disposed on the thin shaft 6. |
