PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort of an assisted bicycle.SOLUTION: A control device 1 is a shift control device which controls an electric shift unit 107 of a bicycle according to plural operation modes of a drive unit 2 attached to the bicycle and assisting human power drive force. The operation modes include a first operation mode and a second operation mode, and the control device 1 comprises a control part 4. The control part 4 controls the electric shift unit 107 according to a first parameter related to time, and a travel state of the bicycle, in the first operation mode. The control part 4 controls the electric shift unit 107 according to a second parameter related to time and different from the first parameter, and the travel state of the bicycle, in the second operation mode. |
