<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball feeder that prevents a fraudulent act on a board surface of a game board using a game ball with a thread, by devising a constitution for feeding the game ball to a ball launching device from a ball tray; and to provide a Pachinko game machine equipped with the ball feeder. <P>SOLUTION: When the game ball with the thread is guided toward a tilting plate 26 by a guide passage portion 24f, the tilting plate 26 is tilted against a torsional spring 26a into a recess 24h with the self-weight of the game ball with the thread, subsequently released from the self-weight of the game ball with the thread, and tilted upward from the recess 24h. In such a step, the game ball with the thread is guided while being accompanied by the thread 101 via the tilting plate 26.
