<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner conveyance device configured to prevent impact noise from being generated when a conveyance screw collides with an inner surface of a conveyance passage, and to maintain stable toner conveyance performance for a long time, and to provide an image forming device including the toner conveyance device.SOLUTION: A conveyance screw 35 includes ribs 40a, 40b, 40c and 40d integrated with an outer peripheral edge of a conveyance blade 35a. Each of outer peripheral edges of the ribs 40a-40d has a circular arc shape centering on a shaft center O of a rotating shaft 35b, when seen from an axial direction of the rotating shaft 35b. A distance from the shaft center O to the outer peripheral edges of the ribs 40a-40d is equal to a radius of an inner circumferential surface of a toner conveyance pipe 31 or slightly smaller than the radius of the inner circumferential surface. Each of the ribs 40a-40d is formed in a range of about 1/4 (90°) of the whole surface of the conveyance blade 35a, by shifting a phase by 90° for every two pitches of the conveyance blade 35a.</p> |
