<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber current sensor which prevents optical fiber vulnerable to flexure from being broken in the case that the optical fiber is wound around a conductor to be current measured during current measurement using optical fiber. <P>SOLUTION: An optical fiber current sensor comprises an optical fiber for transmitting measurement light of which rotation angle of polarization plane is varied in response to the magnetic field around a conductor generated by the current to be measured, a plastic portion which can be flexed and has plasticity for retaining the flexed shape, and a connecting portion which connects the end of the optical fiber to the end of the plastic portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
