摘要 The present invention provides a Ni-based alloy flux cored wire used in all-position welding of a Ni-based alloy, 9% Ni steel, highly corrosion-resistant austenite-based stainless steel, etc. which produces an excellent bead shape and welding metal having excellent arc stability and slag separability, and satisfactory strength, toughness, defect resistance, high temperature crack resistance, and corrosion resistance. The Ni-based alloy flux cored wire is filled with flux in a sheath of a Ni-based alloy, and contains prescribed amounts of Ni, Cr, Mo, and Nb relative to the total mass of the wire. The flux contains prescribed amounts of TiO_2, SiO_2, ZrO_2, MnO_2, and Al_2O_3 relative to the total mass of the wire. In addition, the flux contains a prescribed amount of an alkaline metal compound of Na, K, and Li in an alkaline metal conversion value and a prescribed amount of fluoride in a fluorine conversion value relative to the total mass of the wire.
