The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing foreign substances in a food waste disposal device, capable of easily removing corresponding foreign substances to prevent the foreign substances from being caught in a water discharge unit, and thus prevent the water discharge from being blocked. The apparatus for removing foreign substances in a food waste disposal device according to the present invention comprises: a cutting unit in which inserted food waste is cut; a transfer unit which is disposed near the cut unit, and transfers the cut food waste to one side thereof; and an inner housing in which the cut unit and the transfer unit are installed, and the cut or transferred food waste can be accommodated; a water discharge unit which is included in the inner housing, and discharges water inside the inner housing; and a foreign substance removing tool which is disposed on a lower portion of the water discharge unit to be movable along the outer circumferential surface of the water discharge unit, and is configured to remove foreign substances caught in discharge holes of the water discharge unit. |
