Disclosed is a regenerative-type far infrared ray sitz bath for emitting far infrared rays and heat for a long period of time, though heat storage to a sericite filling unit. According to the present invention, a regenerative-type far infrared ray sitz bath comprises: a body for forming an inner space; a sitting unit with a sitz bath ball having a hole in the center, arranged on the upper part of the body; an electric heater arranged on an inner space of the body for generating heat by using electricity; and a sericite filling unit composed of sericite pebbles while filling an empty space in the inner space.
