PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a biological sample for analysis and a tool for manufacturing that allow an accurate measurement result to be acquired by use of it for quantitative spectroanalysis and allow a biological sample for analysis to be manufactured at a low cost and in a short time.SOLUTION: A plastic film 4 is fixed to a tool 1 using a circular component 2 and an annular component 3, an adhesive is applied to the plastic film, and a biological sample such as a bone that is freezed and then cut with a microtome is mounted on the plastic film. The thickness of the plastic film is set less than 10 μm.
