PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a correlation coefficient between hierarchies free from influences due to entire hierarchy request.SOLUTION: A performance diagnostic server 100 acquires a time-series data which represents execution frequency at every time from a multi-hierarchy system 70 to calculate a correlation coefficient between processing types executed by the server between the respective hierarchies based on the time-series data. The performance diagnostic server 100 calculates a partial correlation coefficient in which influences of trend among entire multi hierarchies is removed from the correlation coefficient between the respective processing types and updates the correlation coefficient between the respective processing types using the calculated partial correlation coefficient.
