PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator capable of easily and reliably displacing a body to be driven when displacing the body to be driven by external force other than the piezoelectric actuator.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator includes: a piezoelectric element; a diaphragm vibrating by applying a signal to the piezoelectric element; and a body to be driven being driven by vibration of the diaphragm. The diaphragm vibrates in a first mode by a signal of a first frequency, vibrates in a second mode by a signal of a second frequency and vibrates in a third mode by a signal of a third frequency. The first frequency and the second frequency are different from each other, and the first frequency and the third frequency are different from each other. |
