PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply voltage monitoring circuit capable of accurately detecting a power supply voltage with a small circuit scale and low power consumption configuration.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit includes: a signal output circuit; and a signal voltage monitoring circuit that outputs a signal indicating that a signal voltage on the signal output circuit is normal. The signal output circuit includes: a PMOS transistor whose gate is connected to an output terminal of a signal output circuit, a first constant current circuit connected to a drain of the PMOS transistor, and an invertor whose input terminal is connected to the drain of the PMOS transistor. The signal output circuit outputs a signal voltage indicating saturation characteristics with respect to an increase in power supply voltage. |
