PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-standing movable breakwater that can prevent the ocean wave from going up due to a tsunami, and can be installed early by persistent movable and one pair type quickly without going against nature.SOLUTION: A free-standing movable breakwater is configured such that the ocean wave is prevented from going up by using buoyancy of fast reaction time and natural energy of the ocean wave caused in disaster, and variable buoyancy using a power source of composite triple power added with movable hydraulic pressure. The free-standing movable breakwater is provided as one pair of dedicated caisson type compatible with a horizontal direction and a vertical direction against a tidal current and a river flow so that a stable strength can be taken out by newly installing a debris purge floating mark and a boulder sensor and considering a defense to erosion. The free-standing movable breakwater is characterized by stopping the erosion while monitoring a state of a foundation mound at the water bottom, and permanently preventing the going-up of the ocean wave, and thereby can contribute to the human in near future and is very great. |
