<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a plurality of head chips on a common base member in a predetermined arraying state only by positioning a wiring route and an ink flow passage hole once. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an inkjet head unit in which the head chips 2 each composed of a laminated structure including: a plurality of nozzles 22, pressure chambers 23; diaphragms 204 each constituting one wall surface of the pressure chamber 23; and pressure generating means ejecting the ink in the pressure chamber from the nozzles are arranged on a head unit base 1. A pattern composed of: the wiring route for supplying power to the pressure generating means of one of the head chips; and the ink flow passage hole 109 for supplying the ink to the pressure chamber is considered as one unit, and the patterns having the number of units equivalent to the number of the head chips 2 are formed in the head unit base so as to be arrayed in the predetermined array state. In accordance with the patterns formed on the head unit base 1, the head chips are laminated in such a manner that the pressure generating means and the wiring route are electrically connected with each other and the pressure chamber and the ink flow passage hole communicate with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
