1. A control apparatus comprising:
a display unit configured to display a job that uses a first sheet and a second sheet, according to a display instruction; a storing unit configured to store attribute information of sheets to be held in sheet holding units; a first determination unit configured to determine, in response to the display instruction, whether attribute information of the first sheet is stored in the storing unit and whether attribute information of the second sheet is stored in the storing unit; a second determination unit configured to determine, in response to the display instruction, whether a sheet is held in a sheet holding unit for which the attribute information of the first sheet is stored in the storing unit and whether a sheet is held in the sheet holding unit for which the attribute information of the second sheet is stored in the storing unit; and a notification unit configured to perform, in a case where the first determination unit determines that the attribute information of the first sheet is not stored in the storing unit and the second determination unit determines that no sheets are held in the sheet holding unit for which the attribute information of the second sheet is stored in the storing unit, a notification indicating that the attribute information of the first sheet is not stored in the storing unit and no sheets are held in the sheet holding unit for which the attribute information of the second sheet is stored in the storing unit, in response to the display instruction.
