1. A method for detecting a leakage path in a battery sensing circuit, the method comprising:
measuring a first change in voltage over time of a first cell in a battery stack; measuring a second change in voltage over time of a second cell in the battery stack; determining that the first change in voltage and the second change in voltage are different; measuring a first voltage of the first cell; measuring a second voltage of the second cell; determining that the first voltage and the second voltage are different by at least a first threshold amount; and implementing a protective action in response to determining that the first voltage and the second voltage are different by at least the first threshold amount. |
