The present invention relates to a spiral CT system and a reconstruction method thereof. Some embodiments of the present invention provide a method for compensating for data missing due to a large pitch by weighting complementary projection data of projection data obtained using the spiral CT system. After the data are complemented, the projection data are rearranged as parallel beam data having a conic angle, conic angle cosine weighting and one-dimensional filtering are performed on the rearranged data, and then parallel beam back projection is performed on the filtered data to obtain a reconstructed image. Some embodiments use the aforementioned method to increase a belt speed by one or more times under a premise of not changing an area of a conventional detector and a speed of a slip ring, thereby improving a pass rate of luggage and maintaining reconstructed image quality unchanged. |
