The present invention relates to a heating unit using a heating paste composition and a heating module. The heating unit of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a protection layer formed on one surface of the substrate; a planar heating element including a heating paste composition which includes 0.2 to 6 parts by weight of carbon nanotube particles, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of graphite particles, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a mixed binder, 29 to 80 parts by weight of an organic solvent, and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the heating paste composition, and formed on one surface of the protection layer which faces the substrate; an electrode installed at both ends of the planar heating element to supply power to the planar heating element; and a polyimide sheet formed on one surface of the planar heating element which faces the protection layer. According to the present invention, the high temperature heat generation is possible with low voltage and low power. |
