The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a drilling pipe and a drilling method of a drilling ship. The apparatus for supplying the drilling pipe includes a mounting unit which is rotationally mounted on the drilling ship for installing the drilling pipe located in a supply position in an oil field, a plurality of insertion holes which are separately formed around a rotation shaft of the mounting unit, and a rotating unit which rotates the mounting unit to successively locate each drilling pipe inserted into each insertion hole in the supply position. According to the present invention, time consumed for a drilling operation is reduced by reducing time consumed for transferring the drilling pipe by omitting the transferring operation of the drilling pipe from a loading place to a derrick.
