<p>The device has a support element (1) mounted on a wheel disk (12), on which a set of arms laid out radially is adjusted by pivots (13). Axes of rotation of the pivots are parallel with the disk and perpendicular to a radial direction. Each arm is equipped with a traction surface (5), which abuts against a peripheral part of a tire, in a work position of the arm and pushed toward a center of wheel in a rest position.
