PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a hollow wall surface 17 from being projected by the injection pressure of a joining-use resin fluid in a method of manufacturing a resin-made hollow element 1.SOLUTION: According to a method of manufacturing a resin-made hollow element 1, in a joining process, the restraining part 22 of a metal mold 16 is fitted in a concavity 21 provided in the outer surface of the resin-made hollow element 1, and exerts a pressing force to a semi-hollow element 15 in a direction opposite an inner wall projection stress at the position α of a hollow wall surface 17. During the injection molding of the joining process, the injection pressure can thereby be suppressed from being conveyed to the position α by the restraining part 22 fitted in the concavity 21. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of an inner wall projection stress at the position α, and, hence, to suppress the position α from being pushed out to the inside of a hollow 8 by the injection pressure of a resin fluid. |
