PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional data display device, a three-dimensional data display method, and a three-dimensional data display program capable of displaying point group data in an intuitively easy-to-understand way for a shape of an object or the presence or absence of an object regardless of a distance from viewpoint coordinates.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional data display device includes; a storage unit where point group data comprising three-dimensional vectors of positions where a laser beam radiating from an observation point is reflected is stored by each observation point; and a control unit which varies a figure to be displayed in such a manner that a figure the closer to the viewpoint coordinate is the more enlarged, and which controls a display unit to display the varied image.
