PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job processor etc., capable of accepting an image data transmission job or a reception job that only the job processor can perform without keeping a user who issued the job wait until downloading of firmware is completed nor discarding the job when the image data transmission job or reception job is issued to the job processor in process of downloading the firmware from outside.SOLUTION: A primary IP address of a self job processor and a secondary IP address of a selected substitute job processor are exchanged so that the substitute job processor accepts an image data transmission job or a reception job that only the self job processor can perform during downloading of firmware, and after the downloading of the firmware, the exchanged IP addresses are exchanged again to be put back. After the IP addresses are exchanged to be put back, the job accepted by the substitute job processor having accepted the job is received from the substitute job processor and executed. |
