PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device prevented from operating in a way that a user does not expect when the user intends to perform a rotating operation on a rotational operation member.SOLUTION: The touch panel device according to the present invention includes: a touch panel 2 detecting a touch to a touch operation unit 5; a rotational operation member 7 above the touch panel 2 capable of performing a rotating operation and detecting a rotating operation associated with a predetermined operation; a touch sensor 13 detecting a touch to the rotational operation member 7; and an operation control unit 6 executing operations associated with the touch operation unit 5 and the rotational operation member 7, respectively. The operation control unit 6 does not execute the operation associated with the touch operation unit 5 if the touch sensor 13 has detected a touch to the rotational operation member 7. |
