PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage bidding traders by acquiring business situations of bidding participant traders and determining whether or not the bidding traders are suited to a bidding case.SOLUTION: A bidding trader management system includes: a first processing section for determining a business situation and a financial situation of a bidding trader in a business type, based on bidding trader application information that is applied by the bidding trader and includes information indicating a business type and a business situation of the bidding trader, and financial information indicating a financial situation of the bidding trader; a second processing section converting the business situation and the financial situation determined by the first processing section into points and ranking the bidding trader; and a third processing section for determining bidding traders satisfying bidding conditions among bidding traders ranked by the second processing section. |
