PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reflection caused between a waveguide and a microstrip line without entailing increases of complexity and manufacturing costs of manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A converter 1 includes: a waveguide 11 having a waveguide line 11a; a first conductor plate 101 having a first through hole 101a formed; a second conductor plate 102 which has a second through hole 102a, which is smaller than the first through hole 101a, formed and is stacked on the first conductor plate 101 such that the second through hole 102a communicates with the first through hole 101a; and a microstrip line 13 which is stacked on the second conductor plate 102 so that an opening 103a formed in a planar conductor 103 communicates with the second through hole 102a. |
