PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in a film method, a novel preparation method of a molecular assembly having more uniform particle diameter and a narrow particle size distribution, and to provide, in a film method, a preparation method which can increase an amount of the molecular assembly prepared in one lot.SOLUTION: The preparation method of a molecular assembly containing an amphiphilic polymer comprises, for example: distilling off a solvent from a solution in a vessel, containing a linear or branched amphiphilic block polymer to thereby form a film comprising the block polymer; and thereafter adding water or an aqueous solution into the vessel to prepare a molecular assembly. The solvent is distilled off to form the film in a state where one or more granular bodies are immersed in the solution in the vessel. |
