PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel cancer therapeutic means.SOLUTION: A tumor-specific immuno-enhancing agent contains as an active ingredient 1) a drug which inhibits interaction between Tim-4 and AMPKα1 in Tim-4 positive macrophage, 2) a drug which has a functional inhibitory action of AMPKα1 in the Tim-4 positive macrophage, or 3) a drug which inhibits autophagy activation in the Tim-4 positive macrophage, based on inhibiting reduced ability of tumor antigen presentation in the macrophage. |
