PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding system, a prediction method, a manufacturing method and a program of a secondary winding which can predict the winding diameter of the secondary winding accurately.SOLUTION: A winding system comprises: a first winding device 1 for winding a sheet around a first winding core; a second winding device 2 for unwinding the sheet from a primary winding obtained by the first winding device 1, winding the sheet around a second winding core, and manufacturing a secondary winding having a smaller winding diameter than the primary winding; a detector 3 for obtaining a detection value corresponding to the thickness of the sheet wound by the first winding device 1; and an arithmetic processing device 4 to which the detection value is input. The arithmetic processing device 4 is configured to perform a step of determining a thickness T of the sheet constituting the secondary winding on the basis of the detection value, and then determining a winding diameter Dof the secondary winding which is obtained when winding the sheet of a length Lby the second winding device 2 on the basis of the thickness T. |
