<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform slit processing at high precision by preventing a corrugated cardboard from wobbling regardless of a change in the thickness of the corrugated cardboard caused by an order change by the position adjustment of a slitter knife and a knife receiving member where the position adjustment is performed in a vertical direction to the corrugated cardboard on a transfer pass according to the thickness of the corrugated cardboard. <P>SOLUTION: A slitter 33A has a slitter knife 331A and a knife receiving member 330A. A lower support block 454 and an upper support block 443 support the slitter knife 331A and the knife receiving member 330A allowing displacement in vertical direction. A slitter scorer controller 142 controls an induction motor 437 according to the thickness of the corrugated cardboard so that the knife receiving member 330A is positioned in a knife reception work position where it can contact with a top face of the corrugated cardboard, and controls an induction motor 447 and an air cylinder 459 so that the slitter knife 331A is positioned in a knife operation work position where it may bite the knife receiving member 330A into a predetermined extent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
