The present invention relates to a heat dissipation sheet and, more particularly, to a graphene heat dissipation sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a graphene heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention includes the steps of: manufacturing oxide graphene; manufacturing surface modification graphene by improving the dispersion of the graphene; manufacturing a mixing material in which the oxide graphene and the surface modification graphene are mixed; and forming a film by using the mixing material.
