PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a bipolar plate for an electrolysis cell or fuel cell; a cooling device for an electrolysis cell or fuel cell; and an electrolysis cell and/or fuel cell.SOLUTION: A bipolar plate comprises at least one heat transporting pipe formed in contact with the bipolar plate and/or in the bipolar plate. A cooling device comprises: at least one bipolar plate, which is identical to the above bipolar plate; and a heat exchanger connected to the at least one heat transporting pipe of the at least one bipolar plate. One of an electrolysis cell and a fuel cell or a combination thereof comprises: at least one bipolar plate identical to the above one, or a cooling device identical to the above one; and/or at least one heat transporting pipe disposed in the vicinity of the only one bipolar plate of the electrolysis cell or fuel cell, or at least one of the bipolar plates. |
