PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, which significantly suppresses degradation in durability and gives high charging stability in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises toner base particles containing a binder resin, to which an external additive is added. The external additive contains joined particles comprising secondary particles in which a plurality of spherical primary particles is joined. The joined particles contain at least particles having a secondary particle diameter d2 of 70 nm or more and 400 nm or less. In the particles having a secondary particle diameter d2 of 70 nm or more and 400 nm or less in the joined particles, particles having a ratio d2/d1 ranging from 1.6 to 4.2, which is a ratio of the secondary particle diameter d2 to a diameter d1 of the primary particles in the joined particle, are included by 50 number% or more. |
