The present invention relates to a roaster, and more specifically, to a roaster which comprises: a roasting unit equipped with a heat source inside; a heat reflecting means equipped to move the reflected heat to the inside of the roasting unit by reflecting the heat provided from the heat source; a rotation unit equipped to be alternately rotated inside an opening hole unit and the roasting unit during rotation; a driving means coupled with the rotation unit for controlling the rotation speed of the rotation unit; a hot grill unit with both sides coupled with the rotation unit to be freely rotatable for maintaining verticality by load, so as to enable food to be evenly cooked by the heat source during the rotation of the rotation unit; and a rotation preventing cap detachably inserted and coupled to the hot grill unit, for fixing the hot grill unit during the rotation of the rotation unit. According to the present invention, the roaster is capable of completely cooking the food prepared on the hot grill unit. |
