摘要 The present invention relates to a self-assembled peptide nanostructure, and a biosensor using the same. The self-assembled peptide nanostructure includes at least one amphipathic peptide. The amphipathic peptide has a hairpin shape including hydrophobic regions and a hydrophilic region having an alpha-helix structure. In addition, N-terminal of the hydrophobic region is a pyrene group. The self-assembled peptide nanostructure is derived from RNAs, DNAs, or amino acid sequences which can recognize a target substance, and does not recognize substances besides the target substance and has a high target selectivity. More specifically, the self-assembled peptide nanostructure has an excimer fluorescence peak at 480 nm by binding with the target substance, thereby being usefully used in a medical field such as disease diagnosis.
