Provided in the present invention are a molecular marker for distinguishing between Pinus densiflora and Pinus sylvestris, and a method for distinguishing between Pinus densiflora and Pinus sylvestris with a polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method by using the molecular marker.
